Mini Gravlax Smoked Salmon Tarts Appetizer Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gravlax smoked salmon
  • ½ cup of creme fraiche
  • 6 to 8 small tart shells
  • Fresh dill
  • Avocado, diced
  • Ripe heirloom tomato, diced








Directions

  1. Separate half the mustard dill sauce that came in the gravlax salmon and mix it with creme fraiche and the salmon cut into small pieces.
  2. Scoop a big dollop of the mix and fill each tart shell. Garnish with a piece of fresh dill, a cube of avocado and a slice of smoked salmon.
