Just came back from Thanksgiving brunch at Habitat. All I can say was that I don't know what was more incredible-- the food or the service. I might never have Thanksgiving dinner at home again. Everything was delicious and I ate way to much. But that's what Thanksgiving is for isn't it?

5 Stars all the way!

If I may, can I ask you a couple of questions?

Where do you take inspiration to make a dessert?

Whats your favorite Pastry Chef?

Can you name a couple of good Pastry Books?

Risotto was delicious and very typical of what I've ordered at the restaurnat - fresh take on local, seasonal ingredients. Deceptively simple preparations let the underlying ingredients shine; the sauces never overwhelm but enhance.

To add a little "crunch," I topped the risotto with roasted pumpkin seeds.

I am so glad I don't eat all that processed food anymore. Having my own garden and feeding my family from it has been very healthy for us.
